Today we explored the city and had so many adventures!! We started our day out with a long walk to the Prague Castle! Here is a picture of me cheesing on Charles Bridge. Charles Bridge is "a medieval stone arch bridge that crosses the Vltava river in Prague, Czech Republic. Its construction started in 1357 under King Charles IV and finished in the early 15th Century." This bridge is world famous and I have to say it is very impressive! Along the 516m walk way there are statues of many saints that are hundreds of thousands of years old, `street performers, art vendors, and lots of other people trying to sell pretty much anything they can to tourists!

Here is me petting the Knights Dog and the Falling Priest as tradition and what is said to be good luck!
When we got to Prague Castle we went into St. Vitus's Cathedral first. I was awestruck by the beauty of the Cathedral...I have never seen something even close to this before. Very different than the non-denominational-stand-and-sing-band-churches I went to growing up.
We also went into the Royal Palace where I got to facetime Benji to tell me about all of the cool swords, I will quote him below for your refference too...I think you will enjoy his review of the swords.
Benji's Sword Review:
"The armor you sent was not used until later because the invention of chain meal"
"The rapier is very close to todays foils in fencing"
"Common misconception: Long swords were actually a nimble weapon not a big-F-off-swinging-weapon"
"Broad swords are basic they get coffee from Starbucks and they are probably named Bethany"
"Then the last ones were designed to go through the helmet"
We finished off our night with a symphony/opera!!! Who else can say they have been to a symphony/opera in Prague?! I was so excited for this night activity!
